"STUDY II is the first score of Electronic Music to be published. It gives the studio technician all the data necessary for a realization, and can be used by musicians and music lovers as a study score, especially in combination with the music. The first realization was made in 1954 at the Studio for Electronic Music of the West German Radio, Cologne. Adequate methods of notation were developed for this new type of composition, and the following explanation are the result of the working method chosen for this composition."
